/Founder
Carlo Giuliano, founder of PixLex, is a lawyer with extensive experience in the Fintech sector. He is specialized in crypto regulation, NFT marketplaces, and blockchain technology, and also has significant expertise in the gaming and eSports industries. He regularly advises startups, crypto project founders, venture capital players (including venture builders, investors, and startup studios), as well as software development companies. His advisory work covers the full spectrum of needs, from company formation to investment rounds, with a focus on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and data protection.
Carlo is himself a startup founder and has first-hand experience of the entrepreneurial journey. He also serves on the board of directors of a company currently applying for authorization as a CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) with CONSOB and the Bank of Italy.
He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and delivers lectures on his areas of expertise. In addition to Italian, he is fluent in English and German, and has a working knowledge of Polish and Chinese.

Filippo assiste regolarmente istituzioni finanziarie Italiane ed estere in relazione a questioni legate alla regolamentazione bancaria, finanziaria, assicurativa, dei servizi di investimento e di pagamento. Ha maturato una significativa esperienza nell’analisi e avvio di progetti in ambito Fintech, avendo contribuito alla creazione di diverse piattaforme innovative.
Filippo presta stabilmente assistenza nell’ambito della costituzione e della commercializzazione di prodotto e servizi crypto, in particolare per quanto riguarda l’emissione di cripto-attività previste ai sensi del Regolamento MiCA. Negli anni ha lavorato anche su operazioni straordinarie con un particolare focus sulle operazioni relative a istituzioni finanziarie e società operative in ambito Fintech.
Prima di entrare in Pixlex, Filippo ha lavorato in Lexia e ha conseguito un LLM. in Law and Economics svolgendo gli studi presso università estere in Israele, Polonia, Olanda e India.

Andrea Aguggia vanta una consolidata competenza nel settore del diritto industriale sviluppata negli anni presso i dipartimenti di concorrenza e proprietà intellettuale di primari Studi Legali. L’esperienza professionale presso l’Autorità Antitrust italiana gli consente inoltre di conoscere le tempistiche ed i metodi con cui i mercati sono regolati. Questo expertise è oggi applicato all’industria dell’Intelligenza Artificiale per offrire consulenza alle imprese tanto nella fase di sviluppo del progetto quanto nella gestione dei rischi una volta realizzato.
Oltre a collaborare con PixLex, Andrea è assistente di cattedra all’Università LUISS e dottorando di ricerca presso la Facoltà di Economia Aziendale dell’Università Roma Tre dove analizza le sinergie fra l’Intelligenza Artificiale e le applicazioni della tecnologia blockchain. Partecipa con frequenza e conferenze sia in Italia che all’estero.

Mr. Weiwei (Will) Wang is a Chinese lawyer. He is working on becoming re-qualified in Great Britain. Mr. Wang is specialized in corporate housekeeping (both Italian and Chinese), legal compliance, immigration, and private equity investment as well as cross-border family law. In 2023, he worked as a legal counsel for two multinational companies in Modena and Turin respectively. Prior to these corporate experience in Italy, he had worked as an independant consultant and provided guidance to both Chinese, Italian and American clients. In April, 2024, together with his Italian and Hong Kong lawyer colleagues, he finalized the probate procedure at the High Court of Hong Kong for his Italian clients, and helped them inherit their deceased relative’s estates which have been left at HSBC Bank
As a permanent EU resident, Mr. Wang works between China and the European Union. He holds a PhD degree in Legal Sciences from Trieste University and Udine University. Fluent in Italian, English and Chinese, Mr. Wang had published legal articles on both U.S. and European law journals as well as Cambridge University Press.
